You heard it right. Lakim Shabazz and DJ Cee Justice will take the stage next weekend at the Rock Steady 33rd Anniversary during the Lincoln Park Music Festival in Newark, NJ. The event is going down on Sunday, August 1st starting at 12 noon as a part of the larger event which goes from July 30th through August 1st.

It’s been 4 years since Lakim and Cee last took the stage together and if you don’t already know, their live performance is one that should not be missed. This is one of the pioneer groups to come out of Newark, NJ from the original Flavor Unit and it is only fitting that the biggest music festival in Newark bring them to you this year.

DJ Cee Justice as you may already know, is one of the hosts of Jersey’s hottest underground podcast, The Jersey Connect Show. Jersey Connect has been involved with the Lincoln Park Music Festival since it’s first year and will continue in that tradition this year.
